市裝公司(簡稱)于一九八四年五月成立。是全國首家從事建筑設計裝飾、工程施工、工程管理及配套的專業企業，主要承擔城市公共建筑、辦公樓、寫字樓設計裝飾等各類工程設計及配套服務，至今公司已走過三十多個春秋。
公司具有住建部核發工程設計建筑裝飾甲級資質、建筑裝飾工程施工壹級資質及工程總承包、鋼結構工程專業承包、建筑幕墻工程、電子與智能化工程、建筑機電安裝工程等多項資質。公司獲得質量管理體系、環境管理體系及職業健康安全管理體系國際標準認證證書。二十多年間擔任上海市裝飾裝修行業協會、上海市室內裝飾行業協會常務理事單位和上海市勘察設計行業協會理事單位。
